Provide your order number and photo of the items condition for our team to evaluate the issue.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.


INCORRECT ORDERS:
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. Email us at customerservice@distintobrand.com and provide order details and photos of the item(s) received by error. We will work to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.



EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellation.
